Valparaiso Events welcomes you to participate in the 39th Annual Valparaiso Popcorn Festival on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 7:00a.m.- 6:30p.m.
Please follow the instructions carefully. Applicants not following directions may have their application deleted and will have to begin again. Do not hesitate to call our office at 219-464-8332 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions along the way.
This is a 2 Step Process.
1st Step: APPLICATION & JURIED SELECTION for Vendors & Parade Entries
- To begin the application process for 2017, click the "JURIED APPLICATION" button.
- Prices can be found within the application & on our website at www.valparaisoevents.com. Prices are dependent upon the date you officially register & pay, not the date you apply.
- After you complete your online application, a member of our team will email you within 5 business days with a reply.
- If accepted, you will be granted an access code to log back in and continue on to the Registration and Payment process.
2nd Step: ACCEPTANCE, REGISTRATION & PAYMENT for Vendors & Parade Entries
- 'Login' if you are on this page because you have completed your online application, been accepted, and have been issued an access code for the 2017 Popcorn Fest;
- Click 'Dashboard';
- Click 'View Schedule' within the "2017 Popcorn Fest Application & Registration" box to add your 2017 selections;
- Click 'Add Items'
*Attention LuLaRoe independent consultants: We have already received many applications for this year's Popcorn Festival for this company. Our policy is that we allow 1 consultant per company to vend at our festival. As of now, we have already booked that slot for LuLaRoe and will not be accepting any other applications. We are encouraging you not to apply since we do not have any more room on our waitlist.
